Pricing

What you’re paying for:
When you pay for my services you aren’t just paying for the finished product. A lot goes into to drawing and designing. You are also paying for my expertise and knowledge in art, design, and creative software and tools. Also included are software and media licenses, tools, materials, time, and labor. Under labor you’re paying for the meetings to discuss the projects, brainstorming, sketches, drafts, and research.

There are other businesses and living expenses as well. You are ensuring that I can earn a living wage and I’m able to support myself.

Hand drawn artwork (illustrations, lettering, portraits, etc)
$90/artwork for sizes 8” x 10” and under. 
Price increases by $30 for each size increment multiplied by 2 (i.e. 8” x 10” = $90, 16” x 20” = $120). Items that are square rather than rectangular, like 10” x 10”, will be priced based on the next size down plus $30.

8” x 10” and under = $90

16” x 20” = $120
sizes larger than 16” x 20”, but smaller than 32” x 40” = $150

32” x 40” = $150

Flyers & Posters
$90/artwork for sizes 8” x 10” and under.

Fashion graphics (designs used on t-shirts, hats, etc.)
A flat rate of $150/item design. 
The $150 rate includes 3 revisions/drafts and a high quality .jpg or .png of the final logo. If there is more work needed beyond the 3 revisions you may either select to be billed an hourly rate of $30/hour or another flat rate fee of $150 (same stipulations as above). If the raw file or original artwork is needed, a separate payment is required.

Email Blast Templates
A flat rate of $150/template design.
The $150 rate includes 3 revisions/drafts and a high quality .jpg or .png and raw file of the final template. If there is more work needed beyond the 3 revisions you may either select to be billed an hourly rate of $30/hour or another flat rate fee of $150 (same stipulations as above).

Business cards
A flat rate of $150/card design.
The $150 rate includes 3 revisions/drafts and a high quality .jpg or .png of the final logo. If there is more work needed beyond the 3 revisions you may either select to be billed an hourly rate of $30/hour or another flat rate fee of $150 (same stipulations as above).

Brochures, booklets, & other multi-page documents
A flat rate of $300/design up to 12 pages.
The $300 rate includes 3 revisions/drafts and a high quality PDF of the final design. If there is more work needed beyond the 3 revisions you may either select to be billed an hourly rate of $30/hour or another flat rate fee of $300 (same stipulations as above). Additional pages will be billed per hour. (i.e. if another 6 pages takes me 2 hours to complete, you will be billed $60.) If the raw file or original artwork is needed, a separate payment is required.

Logos
A flat rate of $300/logo.
The $300 rate includes 3 revisions/drafts and a high quality .jpg or .png of the final logo. If there is more work needed beyond the 3 revisions you may either select to be billed an hourly rate of $30/hour or another flat rate fee of $300 (same stipulations as above). If the raw file or original artwork is needed, a separate payment is required.

Original Files
Original files (also called native or source files) means the original, workable, digital files that the designs/artwork were created in (i.e. Adobe Illustrator). It would allow anyone with the original file to edit or alter the design. When you pay for my services you are paying to receive the finished work, but not the original files. To receive the original files client must submit payment of 50% of the final price of the project.

Revisions for graphic design or digital products:
Please take your time and look over each revision you receive. Limiting free revisions is to make sure you are thoroughly look over the design with each revisions, reducing the amount of back and fourth, provide a more efficient workflow, reduce stress, provide clear, communication, and finishes the project faster. Any revisions beyond the 3 revisions will cost a rate $30/hour or the designated flat rate that includes another set of 3 revisions.

Revisions for hand drawn projects:
In most cases you will need to send a clear, high-quality reference photo or photos. The image(s) should not be blurry or pixelated. It’s best to submit multiple photos that I can chose from. If there are any questions or concerns about how to select a good reference photo, please contact me.

During the first meeting we will go over layout, colors, medium, and content. Because of the nature of hand drawn artwork, the client will be sent a sketch of the artwork discussed in the previous meeting. The client must approve the final sketch before I begin working on the final, finished artwork. If I have to make changes I would need to start over, essentially redrawing the artwork and doing additional work. After the final sketch is approved no revisions are allowed. If client need changes after the artwork in finished, they must submit payment in the amount of the initial price because the artwork will need to be redrawn.
